Koutal sérère, une localité située dans la commune de Ndiaffate, les populations sont très en colère contre le maire. Arborées de brassard rouges, ces populations accusent le maire de la commune de Ndiaffate de vouloir accaparer leur terre. Sur la iradio, leur porte parole Mamadou Diouf précise que madame le maire Aissatou Ndiaye veut récupérer leurs terres sans leur consentement. Il précise qu’elles n’ont que leurs terres pour cultiver et que le projet lotissement de 132 hectares est déjà initié par le maire Aissatou Ndiaye sans même les informer. Face à cette situation les populations menacent de ne jamais céder leurs terres. A noter que les travaux de bornage pour les lotissements ont déjà démarré.
