Licences de pêche : «Fu Yuan Yu», l’autre scandale !

Le quotidien Libération révèle, documents à l’appui, que l’Agence nationale des affaires maritimes (ANAM), sur demande du ministre de la Pêche, Alioune Ndoye, a délivré, en l’espace de trois jours, des certificats de nationalité à sept bateaux chinois (Fu Yuan Yu) avant de leur accorder des immatriculations sénégalaises.

Jusqu’au 10 septembre dernier, ces navires «sénégalisés» étaient encore toujours chinois. Étant donné que le Sénégal et la Chine n’entretiennent aucune relation de coopération portant sur la pêche, ces navires, qui affichent un «numéro chinois» malgré leur sénégalisation, ne devraient, en aucune manière, pêcher dans les eaux sénégalaises.

Ces bateaux chinois, tous baptisés «Fu Yuan Yu», (long chacun de plus de 40 mètres de long, de 7 mètres 25 de large et d’une hauteur de 3,80 mètres épinglés), exporteraient le poisson sous le label Sénégal.
