D’après les récits à la barre, le prévenu se passait pour le procureur près le tribunal de grande instance de Diourbel pour soutirer de l’argent à des individus. L’homme domicilié à Mbacké a fait des victimes dans sa ville et à Touba.
Roulé à la farine par Fallou K. alias Baye Fall, Ousmane Sow a déclaré qu’un jour, le prévenu l’avait appelé sur son téléphone portable.
<<Mon interlocuteur m’avait dit qu’il est le procureur du tribunal de grande instance de Diourbel. J’étais très surpris de son appel mais F.K m’a notifié qu’il gérait le dossier de mon fils. Ce jour-là, il m’avait ordonné de le saisir dès que j’aurais un contentieux judiciaire avec quelqu’un>>, a rappelé la partie civile. Le quinquagénaire de révéler que le faux procureur lui soutiré beaucoup d’argent et des marchandises.
A la barre, le prévenu âgé de 30 ans a tenté de justifier ses agissements. Il soutient vouloir se venger uniquement de son vis-à-vis. Pour se dédouaner, Fallou K. a indiqué qu’il a été condamné à 03 ans pour complicité d’escroquerie à cause du vieux Ousmane Sow. Ainsi il voulait prendre sa revanche, justifie-t-il.
Selon des indiscrétions parvenues à Seneweb, le faux procureur avait même détourné un montant 15.000 F cfa destiné à un commandant de la gendarmerie.
